I had my windshield repaired last Friday. Didn't get back to my truck til late at night, and didn't notice anything until Saturday morning. The windshield just looked wrong from the outside. They didn't put any rubber back in around the glass, so there is a big gap between the truck and the glass. It also looks very sloppy. Then I got in my truck and noticed a slice on my dashboard, black glue all over the "Oh Shit Bars", a gash on the driver one, and some of the old rubber seal on my floor. They never contacted me after I called to tell them, so I sent pictures to my insurance (USAA) and they contacted them. Still waiting on a response from the company. What do you guys think of this? The truck was in perfect condition and only has 2500 miles, and am looking to trade in for a 2016 TRD Off Road 4x4 soon.

Who the fuck did your windshield. Hellen Keller. I would be a raving lunatic if that happened to my precious. On the bright side you got his finger prints on the right a Pilar.

I had a similar experience on my old 2000, ended up having to report them to my Insurance Company, they messed it up again the second try, finally on the third try a different guy came to out my house and I did the install with him.

That sucks man! The good thing is younhave USAA and they will make it right. I've had them for auto insurance for almost 40 years and they have been great. Never any problems. I imagine that the company that did your windshield won't get their business in the future.

    Workin' on it....
Good thing you got fingerprints! I can't believe that. Someone clearly doesn't have a f*$#ing clue what they were doing. Your insurance needs to rip them a new one and your interior redone along with the windshield.

    Unfrickinbelievable.......

I'm speechless. I just really don't know what to say about this level of incompetence.

    Hope you get compensated man.

Holy chit. As asked above, who was it. 1 so that others don't use them, 2 because TW has a strange power that will one day bring hellfire upon a business that screws people over.
