Silver is slightly more interesting than beige. If those are the two you have to choose, then MGM.

Had a MGM. Beautiful but as others have said shows dust and pollen like black. The upside is it looks great when waxed, Silver is hard to tell the difference, not much pop.

Had a silver 4Runner for 8 years, good color, never needs washing :) Traded it for grey 15 DBLCB/LB last week, it's really growing on me and matches my wife's '13 4Runner.

Silver is the easiest color to own. It's partly why many of my vehicles have been silver.

I almost convinced myself to go with the MGM on my 2015 (the dealer had silver & gray in identical trucks fresh off the transport truck)...but I'm too old and worn out to wash a truck on any regular schedule. :D

I went with MGM. The metallic flake glitters like a sweaty flamboyant drag queen in a hot night club after a good waxing.
When it's not in direct sunlight, it's in stealth mode.
    When it's dirty, well... it's a truck.

    Silver is nice too though.

The same color decision was faced on this thread.

Of course, the best color, Silver Sky, won out.

Just some dumb regular crap everyone else has
I have a '14 MGM DCSB Sport 4x4. If I had to do it again, Silver! Just like one of the other posters said, an hour after you wash it, it's dirty again. Beautiful when it's clean. I think the metallic in the MGM makes the dust and dirt really show up. White is my choice, but apparently, not yours. Good luck with your decision.

I had a MGM equivalent on my pre-Taco '94. Always loved that color. First silver car I ever owned was the Audi that I traded for my Tacoma. Never liked silver until I owned that car, and it really is true - you wash it once a year and no one notices, both in terms of hiding the dirt when dirty as well as not looking remarkably outstanding when clean.

When I bought my Tacoma, I was aiming for MGM. It is a beautiful color when clean and it's easier to keep vehicles clean here as we never have any real weather. Stumbled across Pyrite Mica while shopping and I bought that color instead.

If you can be patient (and can still find one) wait for a blue ribbon. I have silver, which I love, but the day I drove it home from the dealer I saw no less than 7 silver sky Tacomas that looked IDENTICAL to mine. MGM, Silver Sky, or Blue Ribbon you can't go wrong IMO.
