Hopefully it's easy enough that it's a plug and play type set up

Good Morning!!! I put my new OME suspension on last night. I got the 881 coils with a the trim packer to prevent the lean. Basically the same set up everyone else has. However I am getting a popping noise from the front when going over bumps and a bit of clunking from the rear braking or shifting from drive to reverse. I am guessing the later might be some drivetrain noise. I am going to ride it out for couple of days & check the torque of all the bolts. Then see if the noises are still there. Did you run into similar pops & clunks after installing your setup?

Dang, no I didn't get that many noises. The only noise I got was when I first took it out an the U bolts were still finding their position and moving around a bit. Upfront the clunking can be due to the sway bar bushings being worn out. The rear sounds a bit like axle wrap to me... What is your setup out back?

I'll check the sway bar out this evening when I pull it into the shop. The clunk is definitely a axle wrap
issue. It continues to cause the drive shaft to clunk at the center support bearing. I had to bring that rear diff forward in order to get the leaf springs installed. Did you have to move the rear diff forward as well?

A piece of advice, throw the sway bar out. It'll ride a bit better

I had to move the diff forward about and inch and a half. I want to get relocation plate but as of now i really dont have a need for it.

X2, took mine out and the smaller bumps in the road feel a lot better now. I dont even notice body roll anymore.

I need some weight up front to make it work better since the Eibachs are 620#. But it rides better without, never really noticed a difference in the turns :anonymous:

Started it but then ran into an issue with the driver side caliper, the place where the copper washer mounts had a deep gouge in. The copper washer couldn't seal up because of that and brake fluid was leaking. I now have new calipers coming to me.
