    Hey everybody!
My name is Lucas. I wanted to start a build thread to keep track of the progress on my truck. Even though I'm a starving college student:bananadead:, I'm trying to get something done on the truck at least once a month. Hope you enjoy.

Played at Frenchman Lake a couple weeks ago. Here's a pretty cool shot my friend took.

Looking good! I'm in the same boat - been putting myself through school since 2009 - started a master's program this year and I'm working on a 3" 5100 lift. That Frenchman's lake place looks awesome!

Bummer lol. It's up there north of Reno? I might be able to stop by there next time I'm visiting my friend from high school up there in Truckee. Thanks for the props. School's a good tool once you know what you want to do - otherwise life is a great place to learn in the meantime - good lessons every day of life lol. Keep up the good work.

Yup, just about an hour north of Reno. If you're up in that area, I'd recommend Tamarack lakes too. Really beautiful area up there. hit me up if you go!

Just picked up a tool box for the bed for free from my neighbor. Waiting to install until I get a new key made for it though.

Haven't been driving the truck too much lately, so I took her out to stretch her legs.

My friend decided he wanted to do a quick camping trip for his birthday. Yesterday, we left the Ultra4 Nationals, quickly packed, and headed out. (We've been trying out a new/ interesting way to do overnighters: We usually arrive at our destination at night, make dinner, go to bed, and wake up to new landscapes. It's really cool to wake up and see everything you couldn't the night before.)
    Gassing up

We arrived at Crater Lake (near S. Lake Tahoe) around 10:30/11pm

I awoke to a really pretty valley with a nice blanket of fog
    Here's our little camp

The Fall colors were out in force. Wish I had an actual camera to capture the beauty

    Obligatory flexing pictures

All in all, a fun little trip. More Nighttime photo's coming soon.

Some friends and I went out to Verdi to goof around before finals start this week.
Also, as you can probably see, I picked up a camper shell. It only cost me $20:bananadance:

    Cool things happened this week!
New wheels and tires, plus a box of goodies from spidertrax (1.5" spacers)
285/75-16 Duratracs on some cheap steelies off of summit racing.

Right after I put the spacers on, some friends and I loaded up for a little snow adventure up to Verdi.
    Sittin' purdy
    obligatory "stuffed!" photo
from left to right: 90', my buddies new 99' (he got such a good deal), Melany, and @TwinPineMedia 's Taco Jack
All in all, a fun little trip just goofing around in the snow.

Thanks man, they were 31/10.5-15 maxxis bighorns. Not the best tires, but the size worked really well and looked good too.
