There's a place near Eau Claire, I can never remember the name of it. Search meridian off road in butler and you'll find it. Also a place called scrub grass near kittanning but it's really for atvs. I think there's a place by @M192 that has decent wheeling. If you're up for a trip rausch creek is a blast and endless trails

I've heard of a few places around the area, but do not know them personally.

I'll probably be heading out next Saturday (September 26th) to Wellsville, OH with a few guys from Pittsburgh Offroad to check out those trails. It will be my first time there, but I will be sticking to easier trails (stock skids, 32's, no trailer).

rock run is the only place around here that is open to the public at any time. I think scrubgrass is only open during events for trucks. Doe Valley is nice but it's only open to the public a few times a year, if you become a member of the club you can go anytime I think.

Cool, I'd love to find a place or two where you can just really drive through the woods and get a little dirty. I'm not looking to see how big of a rock I can go over without ruining my truck. I have a lot of fun with the RZR anyway with stuff like that anyway.

Like you I used to be all 4 wheelers, I rolled one down a hill and it pinned me against a tree, that I was fine with but the gf rolled one on top of her in a creek that is when I decided to test drive a rzr so we could ride together and I knew she would be more safe, once I drove one I was hooked!

Another option is the Allegheny National Forest. You need a permit, but there are about 75 miles of trails
