I run 1.25" wheel spacers, and there's no way a shock could fit between the frame and the tire at full stuff.

If you actually had front coils that compressed you wouldn't need so much rear flex :stirthepot:

You'll need way longer shocks for the amount of travel you'll gain. Doubtful any setup using the stock mounting locations will work. IIRC, Marc has 14" shocks set up at angles like this / \ Good for flexing, but worse for general ride quality. 12" shocks positioned as vertically as possible would probably be the best setup IMO. But really, you won't know until it's welded up and you measure everything.

I was supposed to get my Coils in today but FedEx are being a bunch of pricks. They sure know how to piss someone off and change the delivery date on you.

^ I know that feeling. The distributor in my last car quit on me, ordered a new one and paid extra for 2 day shipping, and it took 8 days to get to my house. Gotta love it.

I work for UPS, so I'm biased anyway. But I agree, I'd rather have either.

Thanks for the info Jimmy, I'll hit up the game. However, I wasn't really looking to relocate my shocks like Squeaky Penguin said. If I have to, then I will, but not something I want to do

Bummer!!! We'll see what I decide to go with...this may not be ideal for what I plan to do to my rig, at least for now

I did the LBJs a couple weeks ago. All pretty easy with the right tools. Large tie rod puller, and large adjustable wrenches and a BFH . Didn't take me anytime once I had the right tools

Also I'd recommend getting new boots for your Inners. Mine appeared fine but one had tiny little holes in it

I think he means the tie rod boots

On another note, getting ready to order a Power steering pump, my pump sounds like ass. Does it matter if its 2wd or 4wd specific??
