Hand deliver the parts you want to them and tell them to have at it.

So I called Toyota cooperation this afternoon spoke to a tier 1 rep then a tier 2 rep and my call was eventually transferred to a 3rd Tier representative I explained my situation from start to finish and was told my case which I was given a # was turned over to a Customer relations mgr.. Named Ashley I was told she is a direct liaison between cooperation and dealership. .I was informed that I should expect a call from Ashley in 1 to 2 days until she looks into the matter..Or if it's something that I feel should be expedited I can call her directly tomorrow. . The 3rd Tier rep also informed me that I have the right to refuse to pay for dealers wheels and tires especially since they were not used and then he asked if wheels were factory Toyota and I said yes TRD .. He said it's Just the same as the dealership has the right to deny responsibility for the theft on their property. . As far as the additional charges for corroded parts such as shocks and sway bar links he also had some concerns he asked if I had the bill in front of me and I said I do.. He asked if there was a reason explained for replacement. . I said shocks and sway bar links both state..." Replacement due to excessive corrosion must be torch cut" He then asked for the charges for each part.. Then he wanted a total amount due including Wheels and tires.. He informed me that Ashley has more authority than everyone in the department and hopefully she can straighten things out for me.. So I'm guessing this is my last chance at any resolution without taking legal action against said dealership. . I sure hope it doesn't have to come down to that.. So I will refrain from posting said dealership name and location until I hear from Ashley.. I can only hope this is resolved. I appreciate all the advice and support given to me on here its been a very long frustrating process from start to this point and I will keep u guys and gals updated on the situation as it unfolds ..
    Thanks
    Jason

I tried that route that's how I met "Jerry" the service manager. . I said I will pay for the additional parts today over 1K by cash or check but I refuse to pay for the wheels and tires you guys installed on my truck.. I brought along my wheels and tires and will pay to have them installed. .I was told and I quote" Until the bill is paid in full that truck will not leave the lot" I said well I guess I'll call Pa State police which I did and was told they can't even respond because it's a civall matter...

On a side note... Toyota cooperation also seemed concerned that my truck was there for the frame replacement since January 18

Quick update... So I spoke with Ashley whom I thought worked for Toyota cooperation. .This was not the case Ashley works for said dealership anyways basically got nowhere with her... I asked if Toyota cooperation had spoken to her and she said that they have indeed emailed her my concerns but unfortunately Toyota cooperation has no control over the situation involving the wheels and tires.. I didn't get to ask about the parts that specifically say on my bill "Tech had to replace do to corrosion *Must be torch cut" As I forgot. .. So Ashley asked if I could come to dealership on Monday because the service tech that was assigned to my project Jeremy will be back in the shop ... I said I have work and can't make it and besides "What will it accomplish. . I've already spoke to Jerry service manager he told me truck isn't leaving until I pay bill in full.. I called Toyota cooperation and was turned over to you being "Customer service representative and basically you are telling me same thing truck isn't being released till bill is paid in full... So what is Jeremy going or is he capable of doing for me as a service tech? I mean it's going to be a he said she said is all and turn into a argument. . Ashley then asked me and Iquote " Did you ever call us or Jeremy and tell us or him you were purchasin your own wheels and tires?" I said " I can't be sure if I did or did not.. it's been 8 months and I did call a few times .. But what I'm a 100% positive of is .. I never told anyone from your company to orDer them and didn't sign for it..." I then explained that I dnot feEl that that would be any of there business or concern because they refused to pay to replace me for my loss and my insurance paid I had to pay deductible and was told by my aduster that I could purchase my own and that the check would come to my home in which it did... Ashley then said well unfortunately nothing could be done .. I said well legal route is all I have left.. then she asked if I could return my parts I said no wheels were powder coat ... then she said how about tires? I said I have them for weeks and probably not I don't even want to ask ... I'm not comfortable doing that and don't feel I should have too... She then said well hopefully sometime soon we can get together with "Jeremy" service tech and get this straight out.... I spoke with my wife and we have decided to take off work tomorrow to go there and speak with Ashley and Jeremy unannounced in morning. .
I don't know how this will end but I do know it's last straw only thing left is legal action which I will get a Attorney file a case at local district magistrate call BBB aND file a case call any local news and paper that will listen post on dealership Web site review of my treatment. . And will post on here Name of dealership and location. .
