    If that gap is a deal breaker for you let me know.

    I will add a disclaimer to the site stating that for 2012 and up there will be a slight gap in the upper corner closest to the truck.

    Nice video, I can see what you mean about that being hard to put down in written instructions. Looks like switching them over is probably just 10-15 minutes for both sides?

    Thanks! The install shouldn't take longer than 20 minutes total, but definitely don't get in a rush.

    The video will also help those that want to just add the defrosting films to their stock glass.

    Yeah it should help. Do the defrost films have their own adhesive backing or do you recommend using applying some sort of adhesive to have them stick to the mirror. I imagine the defrost films must also act as an anti-shatter sheet for the mirror.

    Correct, the defrost film is the anti-shatter film. Those ordering the defrost films will not receive the orange backed tape pads, as they are not necessary.

    The defrosting films have adhesive on both sides, just peel and stick.

    I had to heat up the lower clips to get it to snap into place.

    I'm glad you're happy with them Ben. :thumbsup:

    Give it a good two weeks to get completely used to them. At least that's my rule of thumb.

    Arb front bumper, warn winch, All Pro rear bumper, OME up front, OME and All Pro Standard in Back, ARB locker, 34 x 10.5 KO2's, 17" Level 8 Trackers, and fancy single piece driveshaft.
    I just put mine in about 10 minutes ago. I haven't driven much with them, but I sure can tell that I can see more behind me than I used to. The packaging worked fine. The mirrors are a perfect fit on my '11. I used my trusty Harbor Freight heat gun to soften the mirror mount up a little. I warmed it up both for removing the old mirrors and putting the new ones in. Just getting it warm to the touch made it much easier to roll the plastic edge back. I got the version with the heater pads. Next step getting the wiring harness.

    This is a much better option than the little stick on mirrors.

    I got mine the other day, but haven't had an opportunity to install them yet. The shipping packaging worked great for my mirrors. :thumbsup:

    Installed my ezview's yesterday. Drove around all day today and holy crap. Going to have to get use to seeing the rear quarter panel and three lanes over. You should of called these mirror's. I can see it all mirror's. Nice job. Even my 16 year old noticed that he could see more while in the passenger seat.

    @SMKYTXN

    I'll ask again...did you ever confirm fitment? Do your mirrors fit the 4runner?

    I'm out of town again for a meet. I will get your mirrors in the mail Monday morning. Thanks for the order.

    I have not been able to confirm fitment. For now I cannot say if they fit. If I find a 4runner on the trails this weekend I'll be sure to take a look at their mirrors.
