Alright so today for the third time in 2 months my front drivers side brake line has busted completely in half right where it connects to the caliper. I have been doing zero off-roading. I was simply driving down the road and lightly applied the brakes when it busted. I had the regular steel lines on there that I picked up from oreilys. I have never had an issue with them before. Either way I want to switch to a braided brake line and was wondering what length I would need and if anyone knows of a good affordable brand. I have a 6in suspension lift on my yoter.

Is the hard line portion not bolted down, and capable of moving?

The brake fitting is 10mm x 1.0. If you decided to do a banjo fitting or other.

Actually yeah now that you mention it the drivers side is not bolted down due to the lift, and the bracket to bolt it down is still on the rubber line. So do you suppose that's why it's breaking due to it bouncing and moving while going down the road? I did have my passenger side break once after putting the lift on and I took it in to get replaced, they didn't bolt it down but did zip tie it in place in order to keep it in place and I haven't had any problems since, but that was a year ago and the passenger side hasn't been bolted down or anything and is just now giving me problems
