    Yea they might not be considering wide tires like that though. Stock width i can see working.

    My 295s are not that wide. And think about it, only half the extra width is adding to the clearance issue.

    So if you compare my 295s to the narrowest of 33s, you gain .785" of clearance to the frame. Also, who the hell would be outboarding shocks and not running bigger-than-stock tires?

    I just think it's very unlikely to come up with a functional outboard setup without a wider axle.

    No. You will need new shocks, the best way to do it is to relocate them since you're rebuilding it anyway. I have 14s, but 12 usually work better and can be easier to mount. And yes you will need extended brake lines

    Idk. Call TC if it bothers you that much haha they have installed it on multiple trucks, some with double or triple bypasses. And run hydros outside the frame as well.

    The shocks are leaned forward which i think keeps them out of the way some.

    Next time i guess look at how close the tire is to the actual frame when its stuffed up in there. I can't say i have ever really looked myself at the clearance.

    I can't see myself going any bigger than the 265x75R16s I have on there now. That's about stock width and -3% on the speedo error.

    Still tho I am anxious about the clearance.

    I wouldn't worry. It bolts up so you can check the clearances before you weld anything really. You don't like it...i'll buy it haha

    What did you get? And didn't you have 15" wheels? You getting different wheels too?

    I'm not bothered. Just saying I'll be curious to see how it works out for those trying it as I am very doubtful.

    Curious as to where you've seen someone with a stock axle and bypasses & hydros outboarded. Bet it was with a Tundra/T100 axle...

    Alright fellas, I am having a rather bothersome issue with my brakes. I just recently did new rotors and pads on the front because I thought I had a warped rotor. Now, with the new equipment, after driving a month on these parts, I am getting a very bad vibration when I press the petal about 20-30% and from then on. It feels like the truck is bouncing up and down. I can't figure out if it is coming from the front or the rear. It is so bad that it sloshes liquid in the cup holders, shakes my antenna, and bounces my radar detector. I have not done any heavy braking that would have suggested warping another rotor. Any thoughts? Do I just need to bleed the system?

    sounds like a rotor to me. Or warped drum.

    I do not have slotted rotors

    You could have warped them because they are..cheap...

    but the loose bolts could be it too.

    Calipers could be applying uneven pressure across the pad, causing a warped rotor or uneven/loose pad. Bolts being torqued unevenly could be the issue, might just need to rebuild or replace caliper. How did the old pads look when you took them off?

    Its been a while since i did brakes on these, do they have a set screw like on German rotors? It was a common issue that the set screw would be loose, not allow even pressure from the lug bolts.

    Does you truck have ABS? Shorted speed sensor maybe.
