well IDK then. it's really a non-issue. it doesn't make the truck look bad. it is what it is.

Sharp looking truck. You must be one of the first 3rd gens in the area. I have yet to see one on the road down here. Guess that is about to change.

My only issue with the Tonneau is that the cleats that come with the truck have to be in certain grooves in the railing, and the legs on the underside of the cover (that act as stands for when its folded) get in the way of the cleats in certain positions. I had put them in and closed the cover and it made the cover stick up a bit. I just moved them to different locations and its fine. chances are that if I'm using the cleats I won't be using the cover anyway.

One can never have too many light bars.
I kind of like that cover. Are the bed dimensions the same on the 3rd gen and 2nd gen? I might have to scout Craigslist in a few months and try to pick one up cheap.

Wow, there's a lot more to that hard cover than on mine. I like how it mounts to the bed seperate from bedrails. Mine are little brackets in the bed rail with clamp things you fold down. The thing almost flew away on the frwy since it only came with one up front and one at the back on each side with the wind constantly jostling the clamp off the bracket. I positioned bed cleats where I could run tie down straps between the frame and the top of the cover in addition to the weak clamps up front and did the same thing in the middle section. I can still just flip open the back with just the clamps that came with it but it will not budge on the frwy any more. I can see where that would require beast mode to take yours completely off by yourself.

Very nice. I was going to go limited, but really wanted long bed too. Long bed won out, so I went TRD Sport with all the extras. Still waiting for a build date because of limited supplies of JBLs and blind spot monitor parts. Current plan is second week of Oct, so I must live vicariously through other Blazing Blue trucks.

I also like that the tonneau closes like that. My brother has a bakflip on his F-150, and has to open his cover to close his tailgate.

It's not weird you thought of me putting the shield on my display, but I've got another graphic from the Civil War comic that would work better. I've got a shield going on the receiver cover.

How's the ride? Any issues with body roll in corners?
