The first post is the well known US price list. I don't see how that could be mistaken for Canadian prices.

Ooh. that is nice, but Qi charges too slow IMO 'specially in the vehicle. Another problem is having the phone stay put and in the correct position. I wish there was a way to put a centering magnet to hold it in place.

I think its perfect.. charging in cars is slow regardless.. not being tethered is a huge benefit imo. getting in, throwing the phone down in the cubby, and letting it charge. super easy and dont even need to think about it.

Very true. I have 3 wireless chargers, with 1 being dedicated to me. Nice option nontheless.

You stole the words right out of my mouth @outkast

I just has a meeting with my sales guys telling them not to be unprofessional and actually study product like you guys do. I told them if any of you guys were to walk in and talk to them that you would eat them up with knowledge. I have my work cut out for me.

But alot of phone covers are smooth, or the phone itself backing is smooth.

Still stick decently to the tacky surface, it's not too bad.

Was just talking to the Wife about this last night.. and that this is my biggest gripe with Dealers, and have had this problem a few times with numerous dealerships and sales guys... them just not knowing about the vehicles.. i get it.. its difficult when there are so many vehicles, options, etc. It does get difficult to talk to sales guys who do this.. but also kinda fun :D

I told the wife about the interaction I had with you and Shea that day, and since then over the phone. All good btw.. I mentioned that most sales guys are just trying to sell a product.. since that's all it is to them. With you guys, especially after talking to you Chris, it seems there is more of a passion for it. I myself noticed that, and is a HUGE plus for me. I appreciate what you are trying to accomplish Chris. your pride and dedication shows between your actions at Riverview, over the phone, and just your presence here.

Appreciate the help and info sir! I might try and swing by again Saturday if you're around.

Your are 100% RIGHT ! I want our team to be passionate and for those who arent to make sure that they do not mislead customers or to be honest say they do not know much instead of trying to act like they do. Its something we are working on. Thank you Josh for the compliments, they mean a ton to me and the store. I cant wait for the event we are gonna throw for all you guys.

Hey Chris, Trevor here. I stopped by last week and talked with you about the 16's..

Big thumbsup for directing your sales team that way! The first guy who approached me may not have known all the answers to my questions but he didnt bs me, that's when he called you in. As someone who works in sales I really appreciate that.
