    Damn. I would not be comfortable with leaving that as is.. Poor quality studs n nuts huh? I haven't noticed mine rusting at all, how long have you had them on?

    They're 1 1/4". I ended up taking them off.

    Looks like they can be cleaned up pretty easily. Iirc the spacers themselves are billet/alloy so shouldn't rust. Maybe it's just rust from your hubs that's transfers onto the spacers. As for the studs and nuts, just replace them

    I was actually able to clean the studs pretty good, but how do I clean the back of them? Can't really fit a wire brush back there.

    Press them out, wire wheel, reinstall

    Disclaimer : I've never replaced the studs, but I think that's how it's done.

    It looks like mostly surface rust. Maybe spray a little Tri-Flow on them once cleaned up, let it sit, then wipe away the excess. Do you go through auto-car washes often?

    Aluminum/alloy does not rust, but it can corrode if neglected. Personally, I would replace the studs and use new lug nuts on there. It's cheap insurance.

    Thanks for the input guys. I do pressure wash my truck about every other week. I'll most likely end up getting new studs.

    BTW, it's only the driver side that was like that. The other was perfectly fine.
