No point no offense intended... just saying i dont know how different i was between 19-21 lol. It all depends on personal maturity and having to make life decisions no matter what age. No negativity intended.

I know. None taken. I have matured tremendously it seems each year that goes by. Sadly some fail to progress at all.

i vote the girl. take her out and spend a nice night out with each other. this will let her know that you care more about her than your truck or home, which should score major points and maybe getcha some :p

Automobiles have been proven to be the worst investment you can make (unless it's some priceless classic). Women.. well they come and go.. The house is going to be there... for 30 years at least.. I say buy something for the house.. You can also make it something for here.. I fooled mu GF into thinking a bought new bathroom fixtures for her... Especially the vanity. when in reality, those bathroom fixtures will be here long after she is gone.

I think the three or four years after high school people mature at a faster rate. That's when reality sets in about High school wasn't so bad, this job and bills suck.

I say spend a little in each area ;) myself and the other half go out once a week just us, I buy odds and ends for the truck, and we just finished remodeling our master bathroom :) If you spend a little in each area it adds up in the end.

Go with the girl, material items can always be replaced. If she is the chosen one you will be with down the road, she may remember this years from now. That you chose her over the taco and the house. In the end it is only memories good times and bad.

I think you should go with the girl especially since you say she's the type that wouldn't mind if you didn't spend anything on her. :)

What are the most pressing issues with the home?

If there are any safety issues with the house, that should be top priority, otherwise, the rest could become a non-issue.
If water is entering the house resulting in related ongoing damage, that should be the next priority to address, as it can also be a safety issue over time and will decrease the value of the home.
Those would be what i would consider top priorities and with your discription of the home, suggest the above might apply.

    Button it up.

I would think the priorities would have to be house, girl, and then the tacoma. If the house is in bad shape fix it up because the longer you wait the more expensive it will be. Save some if you can to take the girl out, but if your living together i'm sure she'll appreciate you spending money on the house instead of your truck.
