MQQSE... I think I was talking to Democrat pacifists. My loan officer had an Arabic name. He asked me what I did I the Marine Corps. I told him I was in politics. When politics failed I went to foreign countries, met exciting new people... and killed them! He was not amused!!!!

Noticed no mud flaps. Sorry if I missed it, is Toyota listing that as an option now? If it is that's great.

So how would you go dealing with it in a state that requires it?

Mudflaps are now an option. More than likely Toyota is aware of state requirements and will put them on in staging at the port of entry. Of course you will pay for that option.

Escondido had a white SR5 that they put on the display rack at the entrance. Bet it won't be there tomorrow!

Always like the sport with color matched bumpers and such. Like the hood scoop. Don't need OR. If I want to go play in the sand I will take the wife's Jeep Sahara. Limited has all the bells and whistles but I don't need it... besides I can't afford it after buying my 2015 Harley CVO Road Glide for 40k... LOL.

The scoop in not functional. May not take much to make it functional though. All it would do is add a little airflow to the engine compartment.

We would get along great with that line sam. Im a huge 2a advocate. I was having my pro2a signs stolen from my yard about 2 years ago so i set up a trail cam and caught a local police officer in the act. The story went viral, i did an interview on fox, etc... my main passion in life is firearms training and the 2a!

Now, in regards to the power of the truck, how does the acceleration feel?

Thecelt, big time 2a advocate! Cudo's to you. The truck is new and tight. I do not find any issues with acceleration. Starting off it is mild unless you put your foot in it the it goes. The computer is trying to control fuel efficiency. Turn of ECT and it'seems as good or better than the 4.0.

SDTaco4x4, I could go to the cheaper places or to Costco and wait in line but here in Poway at Chevron or Mobil the regular is around 3.50 and premium is 3.70. Very seldom put gas in the cars. Always filling up the Harley's tank with premium.

Hey I guess if Toyota is paying for it, who cares. :p At that difference, I'll go just up the hill from there and wait in line at Costco. haha
