They call them used, but they are just repackaged. I got a set and they were brand new. Mine came with instructions telling me to look for either a + , -, or on 0 on the springs. If there was a + it meant the spring was above spec and should go on the driver side, a 0 meant on spec and a - meant below spec. My pair had a + on one and a minus on the other. They gave me just a little under 3 " on a DCLB so far, but not sure how they will settle.

Yeah but, $147 for one side, as in one single leaf pack. Or $147 for a set?

I'd say per side. The item says "spring" not springs, the R L in the listing means it will fit either left or right side.

Seems hard to believe it's a new pair for 1/2 price of everywhere else

If you watch this Amazon Wholesale/Clearance section, you can get some great deals if you know what you are looking for. A year ago I picked up a Westin Brush Guard for a friend of mine, got it for 104.00 with free shipping.

You still haven't answered the question:

Is it $147 for the pair????

    or

    $147 per side for a total of $294 ????

    Thanks

It's 294.00 for the pair, with free shipping. You will also need the OME U-bolts and a set of spring bushings.
