I wouldn't do it on a lost bet!

    You're just asking for troubles!

And, they could be VERY bad troubles!

I bought a 75' airstream earlier this year. Love it! Pulls amazing behind my 2011 TRD. tomorrow I pick up the 2015 and trade in the 11' so anxious to get back out there with the new truck. image.jpgimage.jpg

How heavy is the Airstream? Always thought they were to much for the Tacoma

Airstream Weights 5000lbs. Truck is rated to 6400lbs so it's about as much as I'm willing to attempt with any kind of gear and bags packed.. But once I've arrived it;s heaven:)

No first hand experience so I thought they were heavier, being well built and all.

You're not out of line, they're a lot of weight for the size of the trailer. Some of them are north of 8k pounds.

No, good question. I only got the 31' because it was an incredible deal. I'd prefer a smaller trailer for the truck and I'm not one to buy a truck for the trailer. If my Tacoma can't pull it then tough luck.. They make smaller versions, the Bambi and the Safari. much more suited.

Is that a Skyline Koala? We have a Skyline 18BHT Hybrid (has a pop out tent). Love it. Wondering what kind of mileage you get? I average a bit over 10 mpg when towing.
Truck pulls it fine, just sucks gas like a pig.
