NW WA Meet / BS Thread

It's OK, I'm already planning another one (unless dakota can find something) on October the 11th.

I know you like the harder core trails, but with a bunch of us stock guys, we just wanna get a mud colored paint job, you gonna be able to find a trail for us stock runners?

It'll all be fun, doesn't have to be difficult, as long as it's not flat, cuz I think we all want to find out what our trucks can do. Tayuma would be a blast, and it's close! Also there are a couple of good mud puddles! Still have mud in my censers from last time.

Same here, I know nothing about the area? What kinds of trails and obstacles can we expect?

 

Ok well there are more difficult trails than tahuya for sure, don't recommend for stock applications however there are bypass trails to get around the hard stuff on most trails. best way to find out is to research Tillamook, Oregon browns camp wheeling on youtube or so for videos. YFZ450MOE knows his area particularly well for any questions.

When we went to TAHUYA last, they were about 3 or 4 semi challenging areas, and the rest was fun flexing.

My vote is for Fortune Creek Trail, I like the idea of beautiful scenery, and finding some old mining equipment. though it looks pretty far off the beaten path, i would suggest meeting somewhere near the freeway so we can convoy out and not get lost.

 

Uhm, I never saw any of the mining machinery they talk of, laying in fields.

 

I wouldn't mind doing that one with van epps pass.

 

Kinda like a drunken prom queen here, just take me wherever you want. You guys decide, I'll do me best to be there. If Saturday can camp if Sunday, not as my boss has this hang up about me coming to work on Monday thru fri. ( sheesh) ( some shit about a paycheck...)

Yeah there is plenty of room for a ground tent. I kinda want to camp at the lake this time if possible, just a lot bigger of an area, and protected by wind. Just don't have the really good view at camp. Still a good view of the lake though
