here and there is huge down pours. Some days in some areas are super nice, other days its a hell storm. I left the stormy kona weather to hunt the clear skies 60 miles away friday night and came back to kona at sunrise…all nice and could see all the mountains, then all of a sudden there was flooding below my house and within a few hours it was like nothing was there.
Yesterday afternoon I left Kona and went to Kalapana and hunted most of the night. Right around 3am down in HPP it started to pour so we slept in the truck and the whole day we were searching for sun. All Puna was raining, Hilo was all wet, went along the Hamakua coast and it was storming. Get to Waimea and Kona, all nice.

On the plus side I did take a lot of back roads I havent been on in awhile. I get to drive my friends newer tacoma so its been going everywhere and using it to hunt all over the island. Gonna have a lot of places to play mud with.

Identity crisis? You would think the dealer would know what they are selling.

It shouldn't. But this way toyota is fair to those who want to have a locker but dont think they need 4wd. Dont want the 2x4s crying..they wouldn't be able to drive thru their own tears.
