Pretty sure Nick being a junkie is what got him taken away. I wouldn't want a fiend around my family either.

 

After getting a sneak peak from y'all I think once again I'm going to hold out till next week and watch two at a time again!

 

They wouldn't have known about his condition had Liza not said anything though. As it turns out, she isn't even a real nurse, she just went to med school and never got accredited. She's still useful with her knowledge, but she didn't need to do anything about Nick to be honest.

 

Because of that I hate Liza. Liza and Travis are my most hated main characters right now. My favorite is Daniel Salazar and Maddie.

 

Johnnie Dep Jr. getting carted off was my favorite part besides Mom slapping him around. Mom is the madam that Jax was boinking in Sons of Anarchy.

 

Yeah Liza is ruining both of the shows I like. FTWD and Orange is the New Black. They gotta kill her off in one of the shows.

lol. I hope she gets bit. Maybe she will try and redeem herself to Travis and Madison by taking Nick back to them once the inevitable overrun happens, and then she either gets offed before they depart, or she succumbs and dies from the bite.

 

Is that just a guess that the flashlight guy was Tobias? I figured he would be like Morgan and we would see him again. No way they just off him off screen and leave us to assume...

 

I think flashlight guy / girl just represents the fact that there are other survivors outside of the safe zones contrary to what the military dudes want the people inside the fence to believe

 

It also isn't 100% that it was military going in there and killing whoever that was. It could've been the survivor having to take down some walkers. Probably a long shot but maybe...

 

Maybe but the preview for next week seems to indicate otherwise.

 

i like Salazar too , i can see Travis being a little like Rick it might take little more time for him to get him going. Joggling with 2 families trying to do things right.

 

I read a theory that they are trying to do a "rise of the governor" storyline with fear. Obviously not the same governor from TWD but just a similar story. Before he was the governor he was a "weak" survivor until someone he loved died. Maddie or one of the kids could be that trigger death for him to flip...

 

Just watched the last two. I think Liza is going to find out that they a do the something that The Last Ship had going on in Baltimore. Liza will save Nick and they will come back for the others, that's when they will either over take the military guys and run their own camp, or make a break for it.

I agree, Madison will be the Rick of FTWD.

I'm giving this show until its season's end for it to actually get decent, otherwise i'm done with it. Too damn slow, too many stupid characters with no one to really relate or root for, and just a crappy storyline so far.

I wish we would've got more downfall of LA they could've followed the Army guy's character for that but maybe in the 2nd season we'll get some flashbacks here and there about it from him. Overall I like it, it's a different feel from the original because these people have no clue what really is going on and none of them are really survival savvy like the original group. They went from normal to outbreak asap and were all set up already.
