I hear ya! I had the dealer install a lift, tires, and a few extras because the 4x4 shops were almost twice the price. Plus, you get the satisfaction of knowing it's done by certified techs.

Just curious... why? I thought about coloring the emblem on my steering wheel, but not so sure about reflectors. Might be dangerous if your airbag deploys. I like the orange trim around your gauges.

"Certified" I guess you haven't been to a bad dealership or heard any of the stories. Some dealerships can be good though, while some are terrible.

I have been and that's why I drive 45 minutes and passed two other dealerships to get to the one I go to. Plus they give me a military discount on all services. I don't have to tools to do most mods so I go there.

I found one that seems competent. They replaced my frame. Though their labor rate is insane.

The same guy also had some sliders for sale. Also had never been installed. Just needed a coat of paint. He tried to get me to buy but didn't know what to ask for em. I told him I had no idea and I wasn't really interested, plus I didn't take extra cash. I'm not sure on the brand, but he knew.

Thank you! What size tires are you running with the lift? How's the ride?

Stayed with the stock size 265/70/16. Put on GY Wrangler Duratracs. Rides like factory. Really like it.

Gotta say the other reason I went with the ReadyLift + dealer install is the included 60k mile warranty that comes with the kit. If you get it installed by a ReadyLift certified installer then the ReadyGuard warranty covers ALL internally lubricated drive train parts. If anything goes wrong then the installer can verify if the lift caused the problem. If it was the kit's fault, you get up to $5000 from ReadyLift to fix it. Not too bad for a "free" warranty.
