    I have an SWR with pigtails. Ill try to remember to bring it... it not the best area to tune in though.
    I agree. $35 is quite a bit for a night compared to most campgrounds, but it does seem like a good place with good people and helpful rangers.
    This reminded me of when my gf and i first got started into outdoors and camping. We were so exited with every purchase haha sports chalet was on our to-do list every weekend lol. Your gonna love it. Every trip youll learn what you need and what you dont need and youll be able to adjust your gear accordingly. Its a good time
    Ill have a shovel which works great for clearing the site of small rocks, weeds, twigs, and other debris if anyone needs to borrow it.

    THE OFFICIAL 1st ANNUAL RCRC LATE-SUMMER CAMP AND WHEEL EXTRAVAGANZA
    Date: Friday Sept 25th, Saturday Sept 26th & Sunday Sept 27th.
    Location: San Gorgonio Campground off of Hwy 38 on the way to Big Bear

    It looks like there going to be about 16-17 people including spouses/GFs & kids.

    So is everyone doing there own thing for Saturday Dinner and Sunday Breakfast?
    I got feed back from 2 people last time.

    if we want to organize this might be what we'll need :

    Saturday Dinner Ideas - Meat, Potato salad, pasta salad, side salad, chips, rolls, beans, & dessert. (Stuff that can be eaten cold or just heated up.)

    Sunday Breakfast Ideas - If Ron cooks we need to bring (Eggs, bacon, hash brown patties & tortillas for burritos)

    both days - Tables, plates, napkins, knifes, forks, salt, ketchup, instant coffee, pans & sealed containers (due to Bears).

    You should all bring snacks to keep you throughout the day, as well as water & beverages of choice.

    @NotRed @ODNAREM @Bman4X5 @BLKTRUCK @TXPRO4X4 @Dropitmore @1truckdriver @ProForce

    I went out this weekend and got some hot dogs and buns. it might just be easier.

    So as i've already posted a few times before,on Sat.evening i'm going to cook tri-tip which will include a few sides(possibly pre cooked)such as rice and a vegetable.I should have enough for everyone to enjoy for the most part!Sat possibly and definetly Sun.i will cook up some breakfast(eggs,bacon,potato of some sort)which also should be enough to contribute to all!I buying what i can afford and i know you all can understand that.Also i haved to be packed up and off the campground by noon Sun.so i'm not charged another day unless i can afford to stay throughout Sun.with the rest of you.Oscar(@BLKTRUCK)thank you for keepin everyone prepared or reminding everyone to get prepared!Everyone should be well aware of what i'm contributing by now so i won't be posting this info again.Lookin foward to this and obviously with the food i'm bringing i'll have the essentials that are needed(plates,plastic ware etc.).

    What time are the Saturday people getting there? I'll be about 2 hrs away, maybe more. I think check in is at 12 (noon), But I'm trying to get there way earlier.

    Dose any body have the card game "cards against humanity"? I think that would be a fun game to play as a group.

    So i've already seen the 3rd gen.at the LA(Los Angeles)auto show earlier this year but i dropped my girlfriend off at Toyota Of Huntington Beach to pick up her Camry from getting serviced.Took another walk around the TRD OFFROAD model($37k).My opinion has not changed.I don't like the inside or outside of the truck and some of the truck looks cheap.A guy was pulling out of the service bay with his Tundra and he rolled down his window and gave me the thumbs down!I totally agreed with him and he was dissapointed that Toyota didn't step it up the way he thought they would for the new 3rd gen.I said it was the 2.75gen.and he was LOL!IMAG1098.jpgForgot to mention why my picture didn't include the front end!Well i think you know why!LOL!

    I was planning to head up around 8-9am saturday from Ontario which would get me there around 10ish. Checkin is actually not until 2PM, but my site is not reserved the night before so i should be fine with early arrival and setup. I wanna get up there, have lunch, and hit some hiking trails

    I can bring potato salad, rolls, dessert. Ron, are you bringing breakfast items too? I can help bring some breakfast as well, just dont want to double up if someone is thinking the same thing. Would it be easier if we all just pitched in money to someone?

    I'll start a food list to help, but we might need to double up on some of the items, there are 16 of us.
    Also us that are bringing family should bring more that people that are just flying solo.

    @BLKTRUCK - 1dzEggs, 1 pk Bacon, hotdogs, 12 buns, plus more stuff(I'll pick up extras)
    @Dropitmore - Potato Salad, Rolls, Dessert,
    @ODNAREM - Tritip & few sides.
    @1truckdriver - Carne Asada, beans, salsa tortillas./ Eggs Bacon.
    @ProForce - What should I put you down for?

    Let me know what you will bring and I'll add you to the list.
