So, a 2wd 4x4? Or a 4 wheel drive prerunner? Be worth some money one day.

very sad to say after a few months of having my taco I finally got to take her on a off-road adventure with Friends and she did great but all to find several issues a few days later. i started realizing a power steering problem so I went to check and the power steering pump was a brick of dried mud. that fixed it initially then a day later the problems started coming back so I took it to the dealer to see what's up. I now know that this mud puddle I went through off-road had not only dried up mud of the steering pump but also they found that all my power steering grease had washed off and to find my rear drums filled with mud. didn't know a Tacoma would have all these problems from taking it off-road. so much for the Trd off-road badge. looks like no more wheeling for me anymore

    1st post!
I'd say welcome, but you sound like you're on your way out...
It's called maintenance, undoing the damage done while wheeling...

No. The readylift puts the max height into the front end without having to replace the factory control arms or suspension. The kit comes with the diff drop and sway bar relocation brackets. Dealer was also impressed with the kit.

Cool. I was just curious what their position was. I had Readylift on mine until recently, and never had any problems with it.

Got this done before the kids came asking me to cook dinner. :D
I'm planning on cutting some galvy sheet metal I bought today and bending some folds in for some additional strength. It's actually relatively thick sheet but based on the length I figured some folds will only help.

That's camouflage. Just like the steel wheels that come with the off road package.
