Looking to add a bed rack, a RTT and a swing out bumper. Looking at roughly 500lbs in new weight. Throw in some gas cans, tools, camping gear... When does weight become TOO much weight, especially if it's going to be constant?

It depends on your rear suspension. What do you have in the back? 500lbs on a stock springs is going to need a spring upgrade of some sort.

First month of ownership... This month I'm removing front air dam, and also Rhino lining the bed.
Definitely need to bolster your rear suspension over stock. And may need to also upgrade the front, or else you could get a "bouncing" effect.

I've always found it disappointing that Toyota builds their suspensions to ideally work with an unloaded truck.
