Hey could you add me to the list also! I'll need switchbacks aswell. So $153+ switchbacks = $183? If I already have a iggy switch panel then that is all I need beside the switches correct? Do we pay in full or deposite a small amount till its complete for use to get?

 

I read it and bought what I needed what next

 

A.
How do you want your box and accesories to receive power? By inserting the key in ignition and turning it on? or by do you want the box to be able to provide power to the accesories AT ALL TIMES? (dont have to insert key in ignition and turn on to turn on accesory that is wired to fusebox)

B.
Gives details on the wiring harness that is routed from the fusebox INTO the cab for the switches. You will have a different color wire for each switchback (white, brown, blue, green, and yellow) PLUS a red and a black wire.

If you go with power anytime, the red wire will connect directly to the switchbacks. If you go with ignition, the red wire will need to be tapped into ignition switch wiring. (dont ask me how to do this). The black wire is a ground for all the switches in both cases.

C.
You get fuses for your fuse box. What sizes and how many do you want?

D.
Self explanatory

E.
The box comes with four feet of wiring harness that would be going into the vehicle. Where do you plan to place your switches? In the center console using @Iggy. or @paranoid56 switch panel? Or do you want your switches in the sunglass holder above you (see post 554)?

If you want the center console wiring route, you need 3 feet of extra wiring.
If you want the sunglass holder wiring route, you need 6 feet of extra wiring.

F.
The battery leads to connect the fuse box to the battery are free. The power is 24" long and the ground is 18" long. Do you need longer ones? If so, specify.

G.

Glad to know I'm not the only one who found the form confusing.

 

If anyone finds it confusing please reply to my email with any questions. This form is only to outline what everyone wants in their fuse boxes and to make sure you get what you ordered.
The kit includes a Bussmann RTMR fuse/relay box, 10 fuses, 5 relays, 4 feet of 7 conductor switch cable, 1 foot long leads to go to your accessories or lights, battery cables, mounting plate and free shipping for $153.00
The optional items are just in addition to everything listed above. You can purchase most of items at any automotive parts supplier as well.

 

Ok I may have overreacted about the confusing part but it was a lot more then I was expecting to fill out for my order thanks for simplifying the options. Some off us are retired

 

Do we need anything off page 2 of the order form?

Also I already purchased the iggy panel but didn't get an order number or tracking info, just the PayPal recipes. You want the transaction number?

If we are planning in advance, how do we know which amp fuse/breaker we need?

Cause I'm old and haven't owned a truck in over 10 years....

Trying to figure which amp fuses I need. Also page 2 of the order form threw me off. We need any of that stuff?

 

From what I understand the box will do a max of 60 amps total and 30amps per relay.

A few pages back I remember seeing that the amps were higher so this may be a different box.
