Sounds like you went mudding. This kind of off roading in particular needs a lot of clean-up maintenance right after. Even your hard core wheeling rigs of any kind need extensive cleaning after mudding. How deep did you submerse your truck?

    Yes.
I tore off the stock TRD Skid plate today as it managed to get good and abused this last weekend.

and installed a full set of RCI Skids on the front to replace them

    They're 17"x7.5". With a 4.84" backspace.

    Brand new take-offs, FJ Steelies.

Seriously. I wish I could get it out. Two tests this week plus my wife is a matron of honor for her best friend's wedding. Maybe I'll take my daughter out for her first real off road trip this weekend.
Told her if I'd had sliders then less damage would have occurred.

Don't give up, just learn from it. Maybe a mod or 2 or just expect to clean it out after. I have bashed the shit out of this thing and have fun figuring out ways to keep it going as my daily driver

    Yes.
Long bed means I can carry the same sofa, in the same location, while keeping the truck bed toolbox installed.....
