DC, Maryland, Virgina (DMV) .. Which dealer will be first?

I just bought a 2016 4x4 TRD Off-Road double cab from a dealer in Arkansas. Can't wait for them to ship it to me. Stoked!

Just got this email from Koons Tysons Toyota ... "I just wanted to touch base and let you know we are still waiting on the new Tacomas to hit the lot. It looks like we will have a few starting the first week of October."

 

Chantilly Toyota should have theirs in a day or two.

 

Koons Annapolis told me they would arrive this Thursday. I'll post when I see one.

 

I stopped by Ourisman Chantilly today, and they have a 2016 SR AC in the Fairfax location now. Chantilly location will get one tomorrow because their shipments come in on Thursdays.

 

They are right next to my house (Chantilly). Will stop in Tuesday when I don't have to work to check it out. Thanks.

 

Here is what I believe is the first 2016 Tacoma in the Hampton Roads, VA area.



It is a DCSB SR with appearance package. 4x2 and 4 cyl. It is at First Team Toyota in Chesapeake if anyone is interested.

 

I got a call from AutoNation in Leesburg today. They have at least one SR on their lot now too.

I actually ended up buying a 2015 TRD Sport DCSB today after mulling it over for awhile. Dealer didn't have it on their lot so had to do an exchange with another one, so I should get it tomorrow or Saturday.

PM specifics on your 2015 deal if you would. I'm close to a deal but waiting to see October incentives before pulling the trigger.

 

Stopped by Koons Toyota Annapolis to talk about custom allocation. Test Drove MGM Trd Sport 4x4 Access Cab. Sales guy said they also had a Double cab on the lot, but didn't get to see it. Looking for a specific Truck, TRD sport 4x4 DCSB w/ Manual in Red, they are trying to modify a factory order to match what I want. They were very helpful.

I got a couple crappy interior pics. Didn't think at the time to get more proper pics as I wasn't really interested in Access Cab model... sigh.

Did not have tech package, had tow package, floor mats.

 

Did it have a moonroof/sunroof? Trying to figure out what package the heated mirrors come with???

 

It had heated mirrors (you can see button in first interior pic) but it did not have a sunroof. Did not have the premium and tech package which comes with sunroof and other things.

 

That's what I needed to know thanks! So the heated mirrors must come with the TRD packages. Good news.

 

I think all TRD's have the heated mirror switch. Access cabs don't get a moonroof in any package.

 

Ahh right, that's true. Can't have moonroof in access cab, forgot about that. This model still did not have tech package as it did not have heated seats (switches would be below head unit)

 

Koons Toyota of Annapolis has two, that I know of anyway. I didnt see any others. The window sticker is for the TRD Sport. First impression of seeing them in person, I still feel the way I do when looking at them online. Im not jumping for joy over them. They're nice trucks but im definietly not running to trade mine in anytime soon.
