    Total Chaos 5 lug long travel kit, Fox coilovers. Mcneil fiberglass. Defined engineering sua, 14 in kings, Defined shock hoops rear. Weathertech digital liners and vent visors. Paint match grille and added fogs. 4.56 gears, detriot truetrac LSD (gear type), LCE header, URD 2TR supercharger.
    Any benifit/problems with running delrin in the lowers and poly in the uppers?

    TC makes lowers for my kit, and not uppers. Im having a hard time finding someone in my area to make the uppers for less than 300$ I paid 150 for the lowers from TC.

    Edit: my lower poly bushings squeak and are getting chewed up from the oblong alignment holes.

    Cheapest thirds I've found are 700 on eBay. From currie it's 1500, but I'm going with a Detroit locker and that's what's pricey.

    I was just looking at those, u think it's better to use one of those yokes or have the driveline modified for a 1320/50

    Good downsy guess. But it's not supposed to be inside if you're rebuilding the shock.
    So let me clarify......assuming you are rebuilding a shock, and you just removed the shaft/piston assembly from the shock body and removed the wear band....what's wrong?

    @TC yota is exempt from this game.

    1350 would be stronger, but I like to keep it simple for spare parts, much easier to find a stock driveshaft. I've been running that set up for 4 years no problems

    To answer your question, I would run Delrin all around not just the lowers.

    I have run delrin bushings on two different DD trucks with no issues. I prefer them over poly bushings. The extra vibration is negligible when your running an LT kit and 33"-35" tires. on the street everyday.
