    I don't see the benefits, but I'm not dismissing it either. Just seems like a waste of time trying to get a large 4 door truck to carve corners like a car.

    If that's the goal, which I am a big fan of street trucks, I think it would be more practical to downsize to a single cab or access cab, giving you a better platform to work with in regards to street performance. Just my thoughts.

    But when you need to pack it with you and 3buddies, the 4 door works best for that...

    Haha true. I think if the wheels are proportional to the body and it's tucking some tire then it won't look bad.

    I come from the mini truckin world, so tucking rims and tire always has me feeling some type of way.

    I had a lifted car for a bit. It would outperform 90% of the trucks I came across offroad. Granted, it was a WRX. But still lifted car. lol

    There is more to "performance" than turning. That is just steering performance. How about fuel consumption? Get the thing down a little bit and it has an impact on fuel consumption.
