My vacation is almost over. Wife starts her new job Monday down Raintree and 101, I start mine Monday in the living room!!! Once we get the house (Oct 18) I'll set up an actual office.

I'm gonna check it out.

Doesn't surprise me at all. If she got hit an officer would give her the ticket even if she was on a stretcher.

When I used to live off Mill by Casey Moore's I would see Tempe PD ticketing bike riders all the time and heard many stories of local hipsters on single speeds causing accidents and getting a ticket.

Karma will get her. Not today but soon.

If I ever show up to an event odds are I'm not driving. My wife likes to drive I don't for the most part. So she drives and I call her Benson since she's my driver.

I've got a few other people to understand how awesome having your own Benson can be.

 

Anyone here done any wheeling/camping in Oregon? Have a trip that way in mid-Oct and looking for a couple drives... reached out to the NW Regional Forum and only gothe one hit, metolius river area and Deschutes forest.

 

My childhood friend just moved to Portland with his family and Land Cruiser. He may have some info.
TW may not have a huge following up there. I would get accounts on other good sites like IH8mud and some of the Overland forums.

 

I hate driving my wife's family wagon, so when every we do take it she drives. It's awesome to kick back and relax, she is an awesome driver, so I don't worry about things... except helping her navigate, that she isn't so awesome at that.

 

walking into class today reminded me of high school. Guys driving around in their cavaliers and corollas with the "systems" blaring. All I hear is the trunks and license plates rattling. I'm old. I think to myself invest in some dynomat

 

I get annoyed when people creep over the speed humps. I dont mean just go slow over theme people go like a foot an hour over them.

Cars shaking themselves apart in the lot are pretty obnoxious too

 

Yea, I think the need to have a nice stereo died when I had my mustang ripped apart by thieves in 01.
Now that I'm approaching 40 I just don't care for it.
It may sound good in the cab, but outside your car is vibrating apart.

 

agreed. I like a good sound with quality being above volume. Dont need the bowling alley down the street to feel it though.

 

Replacing my cvs and saw this mess. Looks like my bumper or roof rack will go on hold so I can replace these with some uca uniballs.

 

I'd be more into SQ for my home theatre. Which is another project I'd like to start sometime.

Walking Dead season 5 drops on the flix on Sunday. I wish I had a better setup for this show. I'm going to binge watch the fuck out of it.

 

Not even 10am and Camelback Toyota has now called me 4 times today, Manager on the phone and everything. These guys just can't take no for an answer.

 

Wow man! That's some harassment. They must really want 2nd gens back.
