2015 Taco Gas Cap holder?

I have a 2015 SR DCLB. The gas cap door doesn't have a holder to hang the gas cap on while re-fueling. My 2002 Tundra did. Is this something Toyota cheaped out on with the SR?

Do SR5, ETC models come with a gas cap door that holds the gas cap and keeps it from rubbing against the paint while fueling?

Taco is charcoal grey. So I it needs to be paint matched.

Wondering what other options there are...

I put the plastic line through the door retainer clip. Holds it away from the paint.

 

Not home, but I used a honda one. They used my accord Vin to order the part. Doesn't look pretty but help me from forgetting the cap.

I mangled a coat hanger and installed it in 5 minutes with a screw driver.

When you get old you just let it hang. That is what I do and my paint still looks good.

first thing to annoy about my 2015. i hang it from the clip. still bugs me.

2nd to annoy me was that whistling noise at hwy speeds. wtf.
