How did the rest of hunting go? I started laying all my stuff out today. Going to hit the range one of these days soon.

Saw 3 deer tonight driving through LaPorte. I need to get friendly with the local farmers.
I'm heading back up Friday as it's my last weekend for archery. Then I'll be looking into leftover tags.

Nice hope you get it. I'm trying for the trifecta this year. Drew a cow tag, and buck, and going to try and snag an over the counter bull if I can.

Thanks, at this point I'll be happy if it doesn't have spots. A small cow would be acceptable too.
You should have better luck with the cooler weather, that's what I'm betting on this weekend.

Yeah I'm hoping I'm a 3rd season hunter, next year I'm thinking about black powder next year as well. I'm out of meat already. I was really generous with it this last year though. Giving it to people. Just went online and got my over the counter bull. The cow tag where I go will be easy to fill. It's finding the legal and bigger bulls that's hard to find.

Any of you guys watch American Ninja Warrior? Ever though it looks easy? Well, here's your chance to prove yourself wrong :D .. There's an ANW inspired competition at The Spot climbing gym in Boulder this Saturday, held by Brian Arnold and the "Wolf Pack", if anyone is interested in competing. I'll be there!
