You leave one cable provider and get the same shit service at another. They all suck but Cox seems to hold the majority of this town when it comes to ISP speed.

I pay 70$ a month for 150d/40u and I get that most of the time. Century link was $50 for 20d/4u.

I love Dish and I've never had any issues with them. Been with them for 14 years now. I just don't watch much TV anymore other than a few shows.

Used to be able to just pay for internet and the coax would still have a bunch of TV programming (most basic + a lot of HD channels) come through the line. Not sure if it is still that way....

If a company is good to me I'm a loyal customer. I have had Cox for 17 years now at 3 houses. Mostly didn't have a choice but now that I do I keep them.

I've been using Progressive insurance for over 20 years and I have nothing but good to say about them.

I was on Sprint for 11 years and made the jump to Verizon. Regret it every day that I switched.

I got netflix, Amazon prime, but not hulu. I'm not paying them to show me ads. I know they have an option now that is ad free which might be worth it.

Does ESPN and what not have a service you can watch online?

It was tough for my family for a good 2 seconds, and we haven't looked back yet. If i had to purchase some shows, it was still cheaper than Dish or combo with Cox or whatnot. I was paying mid $90/month for Dish for a package, plus internet.

I cut the cord last year and now I just run everything through my xbox one. I mainly use Netflix and Youtube, but they do have other apps for ESPN, FX, HBO, and Amazon which are basically pay for what you want to watch.

thats actually not true entirely true from what I have been told. In AZ during the day pedestrians almost always have the right of way except in very specific circumstances, even if they are jay walking at the time of the incident. End of the day its really all at the officers discretion, you may still end up with a ticket for jay walking but the driver will almost always be cited as well for failure to yield. Bikes are different since they have to comply to traffic laws. After dark everything changes from what I've been told. Only reason I have some insight is my buddy was hit by a vehicle crossing the street after dark a few weeks back and the detective was explaining everything to us, he's still in a coma. The driver was most likely distracted which changes the circumstances and penalties yet again for him but the investigation is still on going.

I knew a guy who had it for awhile and got rid of it. Most channels you can't pause or rewind and there is no DVR capabilities.

We have century link prism bundle but we don't really watch TV. Pretty much do everything through the xbox 1 as well
