I would feel mentally horrible if I just didnt go for a month.

 

Guess that's why I'm not swole and no one is mirrin me lol. All seriousness though, listen to your body and focus on proper form. I've gotten great results by focusing on form and have gotten stronger than lifting with bad form like I used to in my 20s.

.75 Bodyweight full squat clean.
I'm 182 took me an hour and 42 mins.
Really need to step my diet up but foods so good.

Tried listening to the Wiz Khalifa prime station yesterday during the workout and it was rough. I think I spent more time thumbing down songs than I did listening to any. Tried Tech Nine station today and it was much better. I think I only disliked 1 song through the workout. I'll give it another shot on Monday when I start the 5x5 program
