    Hello all,
    I went to drive the truck and make a deal yesterday. He was taking 3 grand off the msrp,brought it down to 28,710. He offered me 17,600 for my Ranger,he then told me to make an offer.i told him I wanted 19,000 for the Ranger,he countered 18,100.
    I was ready to pull the trigger on it. Until they brought the truck over to test drive. They had the truck on display at the state fair and inside was a mess.I know they clean them up,but I just couldn't do it. I'm anal I guess.
    So the search continues. I see some 2.7's advertised at $2700 off msrp.We'll see what happens.

    Funny you say that.I did just that.They wouldn't budge.I'm sure they are going to call today.I'm thinking of driving the 4 hours to Mass and buying the 2.7.They have two like I want,taking $2700 off msrp on either one. One even has a manual 5 spd. That might be the truck for me.
