Thankfully they Don't come on every truck. I don't want a tonneau that limits my bed to 2/3rds of the space without removing it. I refer a roll up for half the cost.

You really want a tunnel cover that covers it completely, if you don't cover the bottom if may lead to tunnel frame rust.

This is the total tunnel coverage package:

TBH I will get bored when the 3rd gen forum is all

    "Look at my wheelsies"

"WAT should I buy with my moneys"

"show me your ultra specific model with specific lifts/tire-wheel combo/Armor"

BUT I am rather jealous of the "Pic of your truck in (mountains/beach/desert/etc)"

Tonneau covers are put on 30% of the trucks from the factory to meet the existing city/hwy mpg ratings. They are options which 30% of the buyers must pay ($650). Doesn't matter if its SB or LB. Tunnel covers are more expensive!

I saw my first 16 taco yesterday. I also noticed that the local dealer has one on display. I might go look at it over the weekend if they still have it.

I got a call from local dealer (Macon, Ga.) that they had two 2016 Tacoma DCs coming in yesterday. I stopped buy today, the TRD was sold and the other was a loaded Limited silver model. I wanted to see the leather interior. With silver exterior, not the best color (but the only color). Like I told the salesman, Toyota is really missing the point woth not having power seats standard with the Limited. The sticker was over $38K with a stupid dealer added crap of $1999.99, so adjusted sticker was $40K. WTF!!!!!
    I don't want a Limited anyway.
The 2016 seats have not changed front or rear, I do like the center console, steering wheel and dash. Over all, truck looks better in person.
If I decide to upgrade my 09 DCLB 2WD, I will order a TRD Sport SB. I will price between three dealer with/without trade and go from there.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,P.S. I have driven the new Chevy Colorado, not impressed!
