    A whole buncha stuff.
    UPDATE (SOLVED):

Origin of the shaking was the carrier bearing. The amount of play it had resulted in enough shaking to bust the u-joints. Around $500 for the carrier bearing, u-joints, the labor, welding, installation and balancing; and they may get it all done in one day. Could be worse.

If the original two shops would have caught it, I would have only needed a carrier bearing and some grease, most likely; just over $300.

Sucks when they are either lazy or simply misdiagnose the issue because they don't know what to look for.

Carrier bearing is an unserviceable part. All other parts were dried out from the last oil change, which affected nothing. The carrier went bad and wasn't diagnosed in time before the shaking snapped the u-joints. Of course grease at every oil change but that wouldn't have fixed this issue.

I just did all 3 u-joints, carrier bearing and tranny oil seal. No more noise or shaking under acceleration. I luckily caught the u-joints before they snapped but they were almost there.
Took me about 3-4 hours. U-joints were a pain to install but a torch helped to expand the u-joint before I slipped the yolk and bearings into place. Be very cautious with those needle bearings lol the picture is an end view of my yolk

My vibration started about six weeks ago at around 84,000 miles. The vibration started at around 10 MPH and quit when I got to between 25 or 30 MPH. I had taken my '07 Tacoma PreRunner 2WD to the dealer today after having had it at a Goodyear store. . Goodyear found nothing that they could blame it on. The dealership found the carrier bearing to be bad, as well as the rear U-joint and transmission mount. They said Toyota does not sell the carrier bearing seperately so I would need a complete drive shaft assembly (two-piece). When I got back to the waiting room I called a few parts stores and they did not offer the carrier bearing. Upon a recommendation from one of them, I called a driveshaft shop and they could have one for me in a few days. So they will be replacing the Carrier Bearing, three U-joints (with grease zerks), and the transmission mount. This same work at the Dealer was quoted at $1,100. After the repairs are made, I'll post a follow-up on the success or lack of success in getting rid of the vibration. Fingers and toes crossed.
