I offer several different options so that my customers can choose what they want. I don't like the idea of making everything 2 gauge, and forcing my customers to accept this. So I offer a standard Stage 1 Kit, that can be modified as needed. This way I can offer the best price, then go from there. Upgrades are always available if a customer chooses to do so. If you, or anyone, wants to upgrade to 2 gauge for the alternator cable, I can do it. Same with the fender ground. Once the GB is finished I can get with each customer about any changes from the standard Kit.

Can I get a price of what the extra cost would be for the 2 gauge for the alternator and fender ground? It'll help me determine to join the group buy or just buy the cables and make them myself. Preferably to just join the group buy. Thanks again!

P.s. to be clear...the alternator and fender ground are the only cables not 2 gauge right?

You would be looking at $10 extra for those two cables. The only other cable that is not 2 gauge is the cable that feeds the factory fuse box. It is 8 gauge, as the box can only handle that size of cable.

    Ok, couple of questions:
    1) If I understand what was stated in one of the previous pages, I can put my name on the list and then would be invoiced after the GB ends in October? If this is correct, put my name in for a stage 1 kit for a 2013 4x4 6cylinder... Got some internal issues right now with spending money on me taco... (approx. 4'8" and a little  with me right now)
    2) Random question. How do you PM now with the updated forum?

Interesting new twist will be available. I was speaking with my builder on the alternators. He said for an additional $55 charge, he will powder coat the case. Right now he is offering yellow, red, blue, and black I believe. This $55 charge has no profit at all for me. It is the exact cost of getting this done. So if anyone wants to go for it, then post up if you are getting a Stage 2 or Stage 4 Kit with alternator. I gotta admit I am tempted to swap out my upgraded alternator for a blue one to match my truck!

The powder coated option looks awesome.

This is NOT an alternator from @BamaToy1997 's distributor. This is from a local friend that built me an alternator.

Just showing you how much of a difference some color under the hood can do :)

For the battery terminals that come with these kits, do you just straight up stick the wire in the hole and screw it down into place? I'm curious, what is better, doing that or having the circle terminals that go around a bolt?

I was looking at getting 2 military battery terminals and requesting my kit have added ring terminals on the wires. I feel like it would be easier tying in any extra pos/neg wires I have that way but not sure.
