Dang sucks to hear that OP. Looks like @akkyle will take the helm if he decides to make them. Thanks a lot @jhcole for making it open source.

Very cool on the OP to make it open source so anyone can make it for themselves if they wanted. My idea with this would to 3D print this in 2 parts, base and top peice that has the actual lettering and design, from there do some post processing on the 3d printed part to make it as smooth as possible in order to use the parts to create a latex molding that could be used to pour colored resins into, thus giving the final product a production finish, and because the molds are reusable no need to spend the time 3d printing every peice.

PreRunners are tough and can handle many trails like a champ. Just ask my Raptor pals. There are limits, not going to deny it, but I love my PreRunner and it is serving me proud.

Just depends what you need in a truck and driving smart on the trails.

Pics when you get them. I was going to go that route but I don't have a comp to download that open source info.

    Thanks.

Will do. Checked this morning and it says they have been sent to print.

Lots of options, but I got a metallic silver and a black one. Figured I might be able to paint the black letters red or silver.

Came in today. Sorry about the lame phone pictures. Top one is black. Bottom is metallic. Plan on painting the letters black, red or silver. Not sure, yet.

    No can do.

Have to respect OPs intellectual property and Toyotas rights to the badge design.

That said, it was very easy to order and cheap. $6 for the black and $10 for the metallic, IIRC.
