depends on the set of controls, there are 12-13 model and 14-15 model differences. the 12-13's (square buttons) work best for retrofits, but the 14-15 (diamond buttons) will works also for functionality, but the lights don't seem to work, so ive read. either way the wire connectors are all the same and is plug/play.

the tricky bit is the connector for the audio controls is actually a separate bit of the clockspring that clips onto the back of it and likely wont come with the new spring. but if your truck has audio controls now, then you can pry that part off and put it on the new spring and plug/play no problem; but if you don't have controls now, youll have to find that part also.

past that, what you need is the wheel, audio controls, clockspring and airbag. there are several guides on tw that will walk you through the process, some have pics I think.

Nothing really exciting... Installed some sway bar relocation brackets. Hope it helps the clank I get every now and then on the passenger side.

Fixed my chirping blower motor, somehow managed to blow the fuse. Don't know how or why.

I'll most likely be ordering a relentless DIY bumper next week, who has some input on the hoop or headlight gaurds? I'm trying to decide which to go with

I bought a set of BFG KO2's and had them mounted up. What a difference from the KM2's! So much more quiet and smooth! I'm gonna try and find a cheap set of wheels for the KM2's for when I do some tougher wheeling trips, since they have more than half their tread left.

I really like how center console looks painted. What paint and prep methods did you use?

I just got my truck back on Thursday from almost doing the exact same front end work. I went back to stock though. Cost me a $4100 dollar bill.

Just hit 7k on the odometer this morning!

Definitely posting to the asshole parking thread!!! I just can't fathom how she managed to hit both vehicles with all that room!

Wish she would've at least got one of my bumpers... I'd try to swing for steel as a replacement!

May try to get some sliders out of the this deal at least!

I haven't looked underneath and I hope the steps didn't damage the rocker panels any.

Luckily all 3 of us had Allstate, so hopefully it will be a smooth process.

Taking her in Tuesday to get the damage appraised. I think I should at least get new oem doors front and rear and a new predator step on that side.

What about diminished value? Anyone know how that works? I mean the truck is 7 months old and I can't say it has never been wrecked now. What percent drop is there between a once wrecked 2015 Tacoma and a never wrecked 2015 Tacoma? How much should I ask for?

No idea what the value drop is, but it's mostly superficial body damage (rocker panels unknown). Hopefully it's not too much, but would certainly go for broke getting as much as you can. New steel bumpers and sliders can be expensive. ;)
