Just happened this morning. We filed a police report and started a claim with Allstate. All 3 of us are insured by Allstate, so I'm hoping it will be a pretty painless ordeal... But I guess I'll find out. Taking her in Tuesday to get the damage looked appraised.

That's kinda why I figured just looking up parts online. Did you get any diminished value for the accident?

I used to snap shots of bad parking around town but I must have deleted them. I still have this one though. This is around the corner from my son's school. This is rather tame compared to some of the really bad parking I have witnessed there. Some people are lazy/stupid when they are picking up their kids. They think it is ok to park like a douche-nozzle when you are only going to be there a couple minutes....

One time on this same corner I watched a lady park closer to the curb and block the handicap ramp (at least she wasn't in the middle of the street like this guy). The homeowner's son came out and yelled at the woman for blocking the ramp because his mother is handicapped. He went on for several minutes about the ramps being there for a reason and should not be blocked before she finally moved and NEVER parked there again the rest of the school year.

EDIT: Found another one in front of a laundry mat. My white Taco is on the left. I watched them park that way so it wasn't because of somebody else's parking job.0602011306a.jpg
