    I have been a fan of choclate protein powder, oats and milk for post workout snack.

    Well I did not drink enough water yesterday, let alone after my workout.

    Worst hip cramp ever at like 3am.

    I have been prepping for a competition on oct 1st but work has other plans for me haha. It would have been my 1st competition. I am going to make it up though in Houston December 12th. I guess I just wanted to see if anyone else had gone through one and maybe some tips

    Pro: being thin I learned today I can hold my body weight with 3 fingers and a thumb at the rock climbing gym.

    Con: I've missed the regular gym for 2.5 weeks because I have been traveling. Also when I went to Asia I couldn't get the calories in.

    Tomorrow is going to blow at the gym.
