I'm on the fence with the predator's. I was able to look them over pretty well on the MGM next to my truck and liked them, however they weren't as sturdy as I assumed. I could flex the foot steps a little easier that I had expected. I may just have the dealer leave them off and go for a better quality aftermarket for less money. They want an extra $200 for the predators and I don't see the build quality...it's "on par" with the embarrassing marketing...

I laughed when i saw the price and design of the predators on a DCSport the dealer also had. Save the cash and buy aftermarket for sure. The predators would be toast (along with any other factory board) after one hour on the trail with me though.

Was just going through all my old car photos and came across this one from 2012. I totaled my '08 4runner and the end result looks a lot like the new styling...

Good looking truck! Glad to see Toyota started painting the OR model fender flares black. The rock chips in white flares look like ass after a while.

Do it! The desert sand is a great color. About time you upgraded that 2002...it's just money! :). Not to mention, I doubt interest rates will be this low in a couple years.

Do all Sand DCSBs have roof rack? Seems to be pretty common.

When you go back to pick up your truck can you take a couple more pics of the silver OR if it isn't surrounded by other vehicles? That's what I have reserved for me and is supposed to be built Friday.

Sure. It was surrounded on three sides when I saw it, but that might change. What do you want to see?

Yeah me too....like a fungus. IMO they only look good on the silver truck. They look unfinished on every other color I saw them on.

Back in the day Toyota had a special edition called Rugged something or other and that truck came with the bare over fenders and special black rims. Looked great in silver then too But they matched the black mirror and door handles and were beefier. Sharp looking rig

I went back and forth between those two, chose the gray and will probably wish I got the white. However if I got the white I'd probably I had gotten the gray. It's torture. Anyway, I have about six more weeks to fret about it.

I like it on the white. Silver is the one color I think looks off on a Tacoma. That and the old beige. Idk but the truck doesn't wear it well IMO.

Something about white, I dig it.
