Does it seem legit? She comes off as a respectful landlord and the current tenants talked good of her but idk how I feel about giving out all that information to someone who could give it out to others.

 

Well, as long as Balockay is correct then that's just part of the background and vetting process. Land lords want to make damn sure they aren't renting to a deadbeat. Do a little background research on lease laws here in Texas; it'll really help answer your questions and give you a much better overview of what your obligations and legal rights are.

 

What kind of information does the bank give out? Like how does one person check someone else's bank?

 

Whether or not you have an account and if it's in good standing. There are liscensed companies that will do the necessary background search on individuals.

what's sad is the best part about this rent house (to me) is being this close to barnwell mountain! Wheeling trips will be so much easier now.

 

Nothing wrong with asking what that info is used for and what happens when its done. If its going to a service that service should have a disclosure and privacy doc for you. Letting too much personal and private info out without controls and knowing whats happening can get you into other trouble.

Negator. Working 6-12s until Thanksgiving. Definitely can't take any days off now that I'll have rent

But I'll be trying to plan some trips in December if no one else does. Then its back to work again in January.

Lol I had two 10s pushing 4 ohms on a 2 ohm stable amp. So it probably pushed 700 or 800 watts? Figured since I had to put it back in. I would upgrade to a jl w7! With a 1000 watts amp..... that would put me to 300 more watts than before.. . . Found another set up for thth samepprice as the jl but it pushes 4000 watts lol

 

By chance, if there is a default on agreement, they want avenues of recourse when a lawsuit is necessary.
