    Thanks to @MTgirl, @WheelInTheSky and @Tacoma SS for pointing out this issue and helping with the fix. Tom Delonge and I got it resolved and now EVERYONE should be able to drag and drop images into their conversations...

    It's a useless feature of the software that we don't use. I just need to remove the mentions of it that are littered here and there.
