I hit 300 before my cut. (Down from 162 to 144.) Then I never went over 275 again. I'm back up around 155 right now, working my way toward 175 by April hopefully. I really want 315. Because 3 plates.

You'll get there. 2 years ago when I first got back into the gym (after a 4 year hiatus), I was barely able to bench 205. Then I hit a wall at 275 for a loooong time. Just eat big, lift big, and sleep big.

I remember when I hit 3 plates for the first time on squat. Felt like a boss

There was a guy squatting 4 plates like it was nothing in the gym the other day. I was almost shocked how graceful it was

i use to be so jelly when i see people do that at the gym, and when i finally got 4 plates i was so proud, but then i went to a powerlifting meet and found out that i indeed do not even lift lol there were 165ers doing 455 im like bruh i can barely get 405 with knee wraps on. don't ever join a meet or go to a powerlifting gym, it makes you will feel forever weak.

I just went climbing in an indoor gym for the first time in my life ha. Hangar 18 in Riverside if anyone knows it. Didn't go beyond a 5.9 tonight but those were pretty doable. So much more controlled and easy than outdoor (not that I've ever really climbed much of anything outdoor either).

There were a few bigger guys there doing pretty well. Climbers are usually pretty inclusive and helpful (except for the know-it-all snobs haha). I was a complete noob and nobody stared or made anything of my obvious mistakes ha. If you've always wanted to try it then do it! Don't let it turn into that one thing you regret never trying :)
