Seafoam is great for cleaning, i have not seen anything impressive with other miracles in a bottle, including anything claiming to fix a catalytic in a can. Unless of course for this stuff.

im gettin really bad mpg on a full tank i get mayne 250 miles which seems pretty harsh, considering im not flooring it everywhere i go, could a bad o2 make that much of a difference? Or would you think the cats cause that problem.

i had answered a question for someone whos CEL light went on and was getting bad mileage and performance. turns out he didn't originally mention he was in mexico, hit a bad pothole, dislodged his main relay, and had a mexican tech cut his temp sensor to fix the relay problem. in the 2 months he drove without the sensor he managed to nearly plug up his cats from the engine being stuck in "warmup mode" where the engine runs ultra lean to warmp up and prep the cat. though this isn't your situation, it is a way that lead up to the problem you have.

first things first. get this code scanner and the torque app. get your LTFT and STFT sensors displayed, learn and understand what they mean, and see where they are while you drive. they should be +/- ~3% from 0%. drive your truck with high octane fuel AND octane booster! that usually cleans out any crap build up in your cats from previous air/fuel mixture problems. start there and let us know. or you can try out guaranteed to pass. they'll at least refund most of your money for the failure so long as you do it right.

Okay so I used some cataclean reset the codes and it's been about 300 miles and the check engine light hasn't come back on. But it still seems like I getting pretty poor gas mileage, should I still replace o2?

Good news on your code. Re mileage, what are your actual miles per gallon? My truck, '02 4wd V6 can deliver anywhere from 15mpg in town to 23mpg cruise controlled freeway driving (with stock wheels and suspension). You mentioned 250 miles for a tank of gas. That sounds pretty good to me. If you filled up with, say, 14 or 16 gallons, that would be 17.8 or 15.6 miles per gallon, respectively. Probably right in line with city/mixed driving.
