    Truck is getting suspension and wheels in the spring. Tires at the end of next summer. I'd also like to do sliders and skids.

    So it looks like I might just have my LCA moving around... I think that moog piece of crap rounded out all the way. I hope that's it... I put an offer on a 97 4Runner today for a DD when my truck is down. 3.4 v6, 5 speed manual, sr5, 155,000. It has an oil leak at the main front seal.

    I just snapped last night. I don't want to drive my parents rigs and I want something afordable that's my own. Plus my little sister can drive it. When I get a cummins it's going to be nice and I'm going to modify it haha. Guess we'll wait for 2016 year end specials

    I am excited to have a first gen taco with a shell basically! I'm not afraid of the 3.4 seeing how reliable yours is! Question though, did you ever change your timing belt?

    Yeah the 3.4 is a really solid engine.

    As far as the timing belt goes, supposedly the PO did it twice before I bought it, somewhere on the correct increments (90K ish) but I have nothing to back that up. I've put 50K miles on it since then, and will be putting a timing belt kit into it this spring just because. It is a non-interference engine, so if a timing belt does happen to break, you won't mate valves and pistons together.
