Just traded my 2011 TRD sport for 2015 TRD sport!

 

Great looking truck! What's the specs

 

2015 4x4 off-road. 3 inch toytec lift, 16 inch method mesh wheels, 285/75/16 BFG KO2s.

 

There's a updated Picture with my new Pelfreybilt aluminum front bumper...

 

SO there's a set of xd hoss wheels in chrome sitting in the for sale thread for a great deal, can't decide. Originally wanted them in black chrome but they are all gone. What do you guys think of all chrome on MGM?

 

Those wheels are a steal. I think it'll look good on MGM...something not everybody is doing.

My wife went and picked up my new ARE Z-Series Topper with Front Runner Slimline II Camper Rack today

 

So the dealer calls me this morning and tells me he can't find a magnetic gray TRD sport. What would you guys do? What's the difference between off road and sport?

1. Take a black one
2. Take a TRD off road instead of sport?

(I wanted matching bumper and hood with scoop)

 

Get a '16 MGM O.R.

Got my '15 MGM O.R. earlier this year, part of me wishes I'd have waited

 

I hate the 16 style

 

Then you're probably going to have to settle. The color matched grille is cheap and ever so often a Sport hood will show up. The hood will be the most expensive part. Getting the turn signal mirrors is pretty easy and should cost less than $500 to do (forgot how much I paid to do it).

 

So the sport has the turn signal mirrors, different hood, and matching bumper and grill?

 

The sport also doesn't come with the electronic locking rear differential; though, the Sport has a slightly stronger rear differential. I don't remember if the Sport comes with A-TRAC or not.

It really depends on what you want out of the truck or not. Do you off road, often? Then the Off Road will be perfect. Just swap out the things you like about the Sport.

 

A color combination i tried to avoid that cane out maybe sorta ok. I picked up spare rims for my studded winter tires, found a set of powder coat black 17" trd rims.

I was kinda nervous about black rims with chrome grill surround and rear bumper + stainless steps +aluminum tool box.

I guess it isn't awful... plus a squirrel's eye view of the Hakka 8s
