I am planning to upgrade the system in my 1999 prerunner ext Cab, however I have never installed anything of the sort, and am not 100% positive on the compatibility of all the products I have chosen. Currently my idea is four 6 3/4 Fosgates, http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...rue&ref_=ox_sc_act_title_1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER
    A fosgate Amp, http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...rue&ref_=ox_sc_act_title_3&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER
and finally a sub enclosure from Fosgate, http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...ue&ref_=ox_sc_act_title_2&smid=A1DXN92KCKEQV4.
I believe that everything works well with that amp, I got the RMS for each as close as I could. However I am new to this and may have missed something
I do have a deck as well, a pioneer FH-X720bt
While it may look like it, I have no particular affiliation with Rockford Fosgate, just for my price range (round $400) they all seemed like the best options. And I figured if I can stick to everything being the same brand, it might work out better.
So my questions to all the experts out there are,
    1. Will these 6 3/4 speakers fit without a bracket
    2. If I buy this will I be wasting my money for some reason I am unaware of because of my audio ignorance
I apologize if you get stupid questions like this a lot, I just did not know where else to look for assistance.

Don't have any answers for you but I'm interested to see how the work goes. Can you keep us updated with pictures and descriptions?

    Thanks!

The vendor should be able to tell you if the speakers fit or not.

I can't seem to find any that are made for the 6.75" speakers.. Does that mean I should switch to get the 6.5"? Most the information I found said the OEM's were 6.75"..

Go to Crutchfield.com put your year, make, and model in and it'll tell you what all is compatible. then go buy that stuff

mounting rings are stupid easy to make and acquire. Any shop can make them. Don't limit yourself.

Crutchfield says that the speakers I selected are too wide, but that other 6.75" "fit with minor altercation"
